Чакалака Чакалака – традиционный южноафриканский гарнир из овощей. Ингредиенты: • 2 столовые ложки оливкового масла • 1 среднего размера репчатый лук, мелко порубленный • 2 зубчика чеснока, пропущенных через пресс • ½ зеленого перца, нарезанных кубиками • ½ желтого перца, нарезанного кубикам • ½ красного перца, нарезанного кубиками • 3 крупные моркови, тертые • 200гр томатов, порубленных • 1 столовая ложка томатного пюре • 200гр фасоли, заранее приготовленной • 1 чайная ложка кукурузного крахмала • свежая кинза, порубленная (для украшения) приправы (по вкусу): соль, перец, имбирь, карри, чили, тимьян Инструкции: 1. Обжарить лук в оливковом масле до мягкости. 2. Добавить чеснок и перцы, готовить около 2-3 минут. 3. Добавить натертую морковь и приправить по вкусу. 4. Добавить порубленные томаты и томатную пасту и готовить до мягкости овощей. Если жидкость испарится слишком быстро, добавить немного воды. 5. В небольшой миске смешать крахмалом и ¼ чашки воды. Добавить к овощной массе и мешать, пока не загустеет. 6. Снять с огня и добавить фасоль и кинзу.
